Overview

Amare Global positions itself as "The Mental Wellness Company," selling a line of supplements, including products such as Revive+ and Mentabiotics, marketed around gut-brain axis science rather than treatment of diagnosed mental health conditions. The company distributes its products through a network of independent distributors, called Brand Partners, who sell products and can build recruiting teams under a unilevel-style compensation plan. Founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Hiep Tran, the company grew its product line and distributor base over the following years and expanded internationally. In 2022, Amare Global acquired Kyäni Inc., an Idaho Falls-based wellness and nutrition direct-selling company, folding several Kyäni products into its own catalog. Ownership changed hands in late 2023 when entrepreneur David Chung acquired the company, later also taking on the CEO role. Amare Global is headquartered in Lehi, Utah, and sells primarily to customers and distributors in the United States and Canada, with a distribution and partner footprint that press coverage has described as extending to dozens of additional countries.
