Overview

Atomy sells a broad catalog, reportedly several hundred SKUs, spanning health functional foods (including its HemoHIM supplement line), basic skincare, color cosmetics, hair and body care, household goods, food, and fashion items. It positions itself as a "consumer-oriented network marketing" business, aiming to sell higher-quality goods at prices competitive with department stores and online retailers, distributed through independent members rather than traditional retail. Founded in June 2009 by Han-Gill Park, the company grew quickly in the Korean direct-selling market before expanding internationally starting with the United States (2010) and Canada (2011), followed by a steady rollout across East and Southeast Asia, Oceania, Central Asia, Europe, and Latin America through the 2010s and early 2020s. It now operates through roughly 27 local subsidiaries and has been cited in industry rankings as a top-ten global direct-selling company. Atomy remains a privately held Korean corporation, led by co-CEOs Park Han-gil and Yoon Yong-soon, with operations organized under a South Korea-based headquarters (relocated to its "Atomy Park" campus in 2019) and a network of country-level subsidiary offices supporting its independent distributor base.
