Kyani

Overview

Kyäni was founded in 2006 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, by the Hansen and Taylor families (Carl Taylor, Kirk Hansen, and Jim Hansen) to sell a small line of nutritional supplements, Sunrise, Sunset, and the Nitro FX/Nitro Xtreme line, marketed together as the "Triangle of Health", built around Wild Alaskan blueberry antioxidants, fish-oil omega-3s, and nitric-oxide-support ingredients. The company grew into a global direct-selling business operating across 50+ countries, sold through independent distributors rather than retail stores. Co-founders Kirk and Jim Hansen died in 2019. In September 2022, fellow direct-selling wellness company Amare Global announced it had acquired Kyäni. Carl Taylor and the Hansen-family heirs (Rebecca Hansen and LeAnn Hansen) became Amare shareholders, with Taylor joining Amare's board. Following the deal, Kyäni's kyani.com corporate domain now 301-redirects to amare.com, and no current standalone Kyäni corporate contact page, address, or phone number could be independently verified, public information on Kyäni's present operating status (fully merged into Amare vs. a semi-autonomous subsidiary) is limited. Kyäni also operated a charitable arm, Kyäni Caring Hands, described as distributing nutrition packs to children in need internationally.
