Overview

Perfect (China) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, as an overseas Chinese-invested enterprise. It manufactures and markets health foods, small kitchen appliances, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, and personal-care products, and received official approval from China's Ministry of Commerce to operate as a licensed direct-selling enterprise starting December 1, 2006. The company describes an integrated structure spanning R&D, manufacturing, logistics, sales and service, operating branch offices and representative offices across mainland China's provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, supported by authorized service centers and stores. It has built several large production and R&D bases, including sites in Yangzhou, Huaibei, and Jilin, alongside a Shanghai science and innovation center and a Life Health Technology Research Institute established in 2019. Beyond mainland China, the Perfect brand operates through affiliated regional entities in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, reflecting its origins as an expansion by Perfect (Malaysia) into the Chinese market in the 1990s.
