Overview

PHP Agency, Inc. (originally "People Helping People") was founded in 2009 by Patrick Bet-David and operates as a field marketing organization (FMO) for life insurance and annuity products in the United States. Rather than manufacturing insurance products itself, PHP recruits, licenses, and trains independent agents and marketing directors who sell life insurance and related financial-services products underwritten by partner carriers, earning commissions on sales and, per its multi-level agent structure, on production by agents they recruit and develop. The company grew its licensed-agent base over the 2010s and 2020s, company materials reporting roughly 5,000 agents in 2017 growing to about 45,000 by 2024, with operations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Per its own company history, it was headquartered in Woodland Hills, CA (2011), then Glendale, CA (2014), before relocating to the Dallas, Texas area around 2016. In July 2022, Integrity Marketing Group, LLC acquired PHP Agency; founder Patrick Bet-David became a Managing Partner at Integrity as part of the transaction, and PHP continues to operate as a distribution arm within the Integrity organization. Integrity's own materials describe the deal as an acquisition rather than detailing a formal "wholly owned subsidiary" designation, so the precise legal ownership structure is not fully spelled out in public sources.
