Realty of America
Realty of America (ROA) is a U.S. virtual national real estate brokerage, launched in September 2024, that recruits licensed real estate agents into a network built around a revenue-share compensation structure layered on top of standard commissions.
Overview
Realty of America is a residential real estate brokerage that operates as a nationwide, largely virtual network of independently licensed agents rather than a traditional branch-office brokerage. It was founded by Eddie Garcia, previously the founder of Chicago-area brokerage Realty of Chicago, together with co-founder and President Mark Dimas, and launched publicly in September 2024. The company's headquarters and designated-broker office for Illinois is at 6507 Cermak Rd, Berwyn, IL 60402, per the company's own site, with additional state offices listed in Texas and New Jersey, each under a separately named designated broker as required by state real estate law. The company's model centers on giving agents a share of commission revenue generated by other agents they bring into the network, in addition to their own transaction commissions, an approach it markets as an alternative wealth-building path for real estate agents beyond standard commission splits. This structure is broadly similar in spirit to revenue-share models used at other large agent networks in the real estate industry, and trade press has grouped Realty of America with direct-selling-style growth companies because of it. Since its 2024 launch, the company has reported rapid expansion in agent count, market coverage, and closed transaction volume through 2025 and into 2026, according to both its own site and industry trade coverage (HousingWire, The Real Deal, Direct Selling News), though the company does not publish audited financials publicly.
