Overview

Stampin' Up! Inc. was founded in 1988 and has operated for over three decades as a privately held company headquartered in Riverton, Utah. The company designs, manufactures, and sells rubber and photopolymer stamps, ink, cardstock, punches, and related tools used for card-making, scrapbooking, and home décor crafting. Products are sold exclusively through a network of independent contractors called "demonstrators," who purchase products for resale, host or attend workshops and stamp clubs, and can build commission-earning teams beneath them, a structure combining party-plan style selling with a multi-level compensation plan. The company markets to a network of independent demonstrators across North America, Europe, and the South Pacific (including Australia and New Zealand). Leadership has included co-founder Shelli Gardner, who has served as CEO. Stampin' Up! remains privately owned and is not publicly traded.
