Total Life Changes

Overview

Total Life Changes was founded in 1999 by Jack Fallon, who started the business in the basement of his Chesterfield, Michigan home; the company is now headquartered in Fair Haven, Michigan. TLC sells health, wellness, and beauty products, including teas, dietary supplements, coffee, and essential oils, through a network-marketing (direct-selling) model built around independent business owners who both purchase products for personal use and are compensated for recruiting and sales activity under a binary-style compensation plan. Over its history TLC has grown from a small home-based operation into a company with expanded corporate facilities and additional offices supporting markets outside the United States, including several Latin American countries. It has also pursued acquisitions of smaller wellness-focused companies to expand its distributor base and product portfolio. TLC remains a privately held LLC (not publicly traded) and continues to operate as a direct-selling business, distributing its products to customers and independent business owners across a large number of international markets in addition to its US home market.
