- We never recruit from companies we work with. We only help leaders who are in companies we have no relationship with.
- We never ask you to bring your old team. Your team is your own, and what you do with it is your decision.
- Read your current agreement first, including any limits on contacting your team or customers. Follow it fully.

Is it really free?
Yes. The service costs you nothing. Plondo earns no placement fee, and we do not take payment from any company for introducing you.
Will my current company know?
No. Your application is confidential. We do not contact your current company, and we never share your details without your permission.
Do you work with my company?
If we have a relationship with your current company, we will not recruit you away from it. We only help leaders who are in companies we have no relationship with. We will tell you plainly if that applies to you.
What about my current team?
Your team is your own. We never ask you to bring them, and we do not contact them. Please read your current agreement first, including any limits on contacting your team or customers, and follow it.
How long does it take?
We reply within two business days. After a private call, a shortlist usually follows soon. You set the pace from there.
