Heart Rate (HR)
VerifiedYour heart rate is how many times your heart beats per minute. A normal resting heart rate is 60-100 bpm, athletes often have lower rates (40-60 bpm), which is a sign of great fitness. If your resting rate is consistently above 100 or below 40, it's worth seeing a doctor.
Respiratory Rate (RR)
VerifiedRespiratory rate is how many breaths you take per minute. A healthy adult typically breathes 12-20 times per minute at rest. If your rate is consistently above 20 while relaxed, it could signal stress, anxiety, or an underlying health issue.
Blood Oxygen Estimate (SpO2)

Systolic Blood Pressure Estimate

Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP)
EstimateMean arterial pressure (MAP) is the average pressure in your arteries during one complete heartbeat cycle. A healthy MAP typically falls between 70 and 100 mmHg. Values outside this range can indicate your organs aren't getting the right amount of blood flow.
Pulse Pressure
EstimatePulse pressure is the difference between your systolic (top) and diastolic (bottom) blood pressure numbers. A normal pulse pressure is around 40 mmHg. If it's consistently above 60, it may signal stiffening arteries, which increases heart disease risk.
Resting Heart Rate Classification

SDNN
VerifiedSDNN measures the overall variation in the time between your heartbeats, a key indicator of heart health. Higher values (above 100 ms) generally mean your heart is adaptable and resilient. Low SDNN (below 50 ms) may signal chronic stress, fatigue, or cardiovascular risk.
RMSSD
VerifiedRMSSD measures short-term changes in your heartbeat timing and reflects how well your body can relax and recover. Higher values indicate strong recovery ability and a healthy nervous system. Low RMSSD may mean your body is under stress or not recovering well.
pNN50
VerifiedpNN50 tells you what percentage of heartbeat intervals differ from each other by more than 50 milliseconds. A higher percentage means your heart rhythm has healthy variation, a good sign. Very low pNN50 values may suggest your body is in a stressed or fatigued state.
SDSD
VerifiedSDSD measures the variation in the differences between consecutive heartbeats, similar to RMSSD. It reflects your body's ability to shift between activity and relaxation. Low values may indicate your nervous system isn't switching gears effectively.
Mean NN Interval
VerifiedMean NN interval is the average time between your heartbeats, measured in milliseconds. A longer interval means a slower, often healthier resting heart rate. Very short intervals (fast heart rate) at rest can signal stress, dehydration, or cardiovascular concern.
LF Power (0.04-0.15 Hz)
VerifiedLF power reflects a mix of your sympathetic ("fight or flight") and parasympathetic ("rest and digest") nervous system activity. Elevated LF power can indicate stress or tension. It's most useful when compared to your HF power to understand your body's stress balance.
HF Power (0.15-0.40 Hz)
VerifiedHF power reflects the activity of your parasympathetic nervous system, the part that helps you relax and recover. Higher HF power is generally a sign of good recovery, low stress, and strong heart health. Low HF power may mean your body is stuck in "stress mode."
VLF Power (0.003-0.04 Hz)

Total Power

LF/HF Ratio

SD1 (Poincare)

SD2 (Poincare)

Approximate Entropy (ApEn)
EmergingApproximate entropy measures how complex and unpredictable your heart rhythm is. A healthy heart has a certain level of complexity, like a jazz musician improvising rather than playing the same note. Very low or very high entropy can suggest heart health concerns.
Sample Entropy (SampEn)
EmergingSample entropy is a refined measure of how unpredictable your heartbeat patterns are. Like approximate entropy, moderate complexity is a good sign, it means your heart adapts well to changing demands. Unusually low values may indicate a rigid cardiovascular system.
DFA Alpha-1

Atrial Fibrillation Probability

AFib Risk Category

Pulse Irregularity Index
VerifiedPulse irregularity index measures how irregular the spacing between your heartbeats is. Some variation is completely normal and healthy. However, a high irregularity index could point to premature beats or other rhythm issues worth checking out.
PAC Frequency Estimate
EmergingPAC frequency estimates how often premature atrial contractions (extra early heartbeats from the upper heart) occur. Occasional PACs are very common and usually harmless. Frequent PACs, especially if you feel fluttering or skipped beats, may warrant a check-up.
PVC Frequency Estimate

IBI Entropy

Vascular Age

Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV)
