Direct Selling in Phoenix and the Valley of the Sun

Phoenix is the fifth largest city in the United States and the center of a metro of more than 5 million people. Several direct selling headquarters sit in the suburbs around it, not inside Phoenix city limits. This guide maps that metro for company owners and field leaders.

Where the headquarters actually sit

The best documented direct selling headquarters in the Valley are in towns next to Phoenix. They share the same metro and the same freeways.

Plexus Worldwide is in Pima Center, a 209 acre business park in Scottsdale next to the Loop 101 freeway. A 2015 report said Plexus already ran a warehouse in the park and planned its office building next door. Forever Living Products lists an address on McCormick Parkway, also in Scottsdale.

Isagenix is in the Rivulon development at 155 East Rivulon Boulevard in Gilbert. The headquarters building includes a 300 seat auditorium. The company described it as a space for company meetings and events.

Business groups and meeting space

The Phoenix Convention Center hosted 70 conventions in 2025, according to the city. It counted an estimated 293,300 delegates. The center is one option for a field team planning a regional rally.

The metro's main business chamber began in 1888 as the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. It reports more than 2,400 member businesses. Company owners new to the Valley can use it to meet local suppliers, lenders and other employers.

A young metro with many origins

The median age in Phoenix is 35.4 years, and 19.4 percent of residents were born outside the United States. Education and health care is the largest industry group among residents, followed by professional and business services and retail trade.

These numbers describe a city of newcomers. Teams here often cross languages and home countries. A company that recruits in Phoenix should expect Spanish speaking prospects and plan its training for them.

Scheduling calls from the Valley

Arizona law rejects daylight saving time. Most of the state stays on Mountain Standard Time all year.

That affects every call and webinar. Phoenix matches Pacific time in summer and Mountain time in winter. A company that runs corporate calls from the Valley should publish times with the Arizona zone named.

Software for Phoenix area companies

Direct selling companies in Scottsdale, Gilbert, Tempe and Phoenix need a commission engine, back office and replicated sites that scale past one metro. Plondo builds these, plus AI employees for support and onboarding. A Valley company can talk to the team that builds it, and run English and Spanish field tools side by side.
