What is a unilevel compensation plan?

In a unilevel plan, everyone you personally sponsor sits on your frontline. There is no width limit, so you can enroll as many people as you like side by side, and each of them does the same below you.

The company pays commissions a set number of levels deep, for example five to seven levels, at a percentage per level. Because nothing is forced into narrow legs, the unilevel plan is the easiest for new distributors to understand and a natural fit for wide, relationship driven selling.

Everyone you personally sponsor sits side by side on your frontline. There is no width limit, so the row never closes, and every one of those people opens the same unlimited frontline below them. Nothing spills over and no leg has to be balanced.
